These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the EX ERP application, published by Chiara Cornu (see Legal Notice), intended for resellers of secondhand and vintage clothing.
Access to EX ERP requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your password confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed to have been taken by you.
A one-month free trial, with no credit card required, is offered when you create your account.
EX ERP offers two plans:
EX ERP Solo: management of a single company.
EX ERP Multiple: management of several independent companies, with team collaboration.

You agree to:
Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose (managing a secondhand clothing resale business); not attempt to circumvent the service's security measures; not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes; not resell, sublet, or transfer access to your account to an unauthorized third party.
The data you enter into EX ERP (product records, sales, returns, information about your customers) remains your property. EX ERP only uses it to provide you with the service, under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy.
EX ERP takes reasonable measures to ensure continuous access to the service, without guaranteeing absolute availability. Occasional interruptions (maintenance, updates) may occur, with advance notice when possible.
The structure, design, logo, and editorial content of EX ERP are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Chiara Cornu.
EX ERP is a management tool made available to you; it does not replace your own diligence in running your business (accounting, tax, and commercial obligations that are your responsibility). EX ERP cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the service or data loss resulting from an action on your part.
In the event of a serious breach of these Terms of Use (fraud, illegal use), access to your account may be suspended or terminated, with prior notice where circumstances allow.
These Terms of Use may be amended at any time, in particular to reflect changes to the service or to applicable regulations. You will be informed of any substantial change.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
