These Terms of Sale apply to any subscription taken out with EX ERP, published by Chiara Cornu (see Legal Notice).
EX ERP is a service intended for professionals (resellers of secondhand and vintage clothing, operating in a professional capacity), and not for consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code. This qualification should be confirmed by a legal professional based on the exact terms of commercialization adopted.
EX ERP Solo: €20/month, management of one company.
EX ERP Multiple: €50/month, management of several companies and team collaboration.
A one-month free trial, with no credit card required, is offered before any commitment. Prices are shown inclusive of tax where VAT applies; VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, for as long as this status remains in effect.
Prices may change; any change will be communicated before it applies to existing subscriptions.
Payment is made by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, via our payment provider Stripe. EX ERP never collects or retains your full bank card details.
The subscription is billed monthly, on the anniversary date of the subscription (following the free trial period).
The subscription is monthly, with no fixed commitment period, and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation can be made at any time, directly from your EX ERP workspace (Subscription) or by simple written request to ex.erp.contact@gmail.com. It takes effect at the end of the monthly period already committed to and paid for: the service remains accessible until that date.
No refund, whether full or partial, is issued for a subscription period already begun, including in the event of cancellation partway through a month.
EX ERP takes reasonable measures to ensure the service functions properly. In the event of an issue, contact support at ex.erp.contact@gmail.com.
EX ERP is a management tool. EX ERP cannot be held liable for commercial, accounting, or tax decisions made by the user based on information provided by the application.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
